威高股份（01066）于2026年6月12日发布公告，披露公司当日在香港联交所场内回购8万股H股，占已发行股本约0.0018%，回购价格介乎每股3.34港元至3.36港元，总金额约26.78万港元。
回购完成后，威高股份已发行股本（不包括库藏股）减少至4,464,266,324股，库藏股数量增至58,066,000股。公司称，购回授权于2026年5月29日获股东大会通过，授权购回总数为446,464,632股，截至该日已累积购回740,000股，占授权限额约0.1657%。
公告显示，本次回购行为已获得公司董事会正式批准，并遵守了香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规。公告由公司秘书黄妙玲签署。
