业务分项
水泥业务上半年实现收入约6458万港元，同比下降10.5%。主要因中部地区需求复苏缓慢，以及北部竞争对手的积极定价策略加剧竞争，加之燃料与原材料价格上升影响，水泥业务收入有所下滑。
物业投资收入约6928万港元，较2025年同期小幅上升1.6%。其中，位于胡志明市的西贡贸易中心面临市场偏好高规格及绿色认证项目的竞争影响，出租率有所承压，但平均租金保持稳定。
酒店业务实现收入约3451万港元，同比提升12%，主要受香港和顺化两地旅游业回暖带动。屯门酒店通过提升入住率、执行动态定价及采取成本控制等策略，保持了较好业绩；顺化酒店自开业后表现稳健，初期运营仍在上升阶段。
