知行科技（股票代码：01274）于2026年6月5日发布公告称，公司当日通过香港联交所场内回购普通股H股10万股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.0395%，回购价格区间为每股港币3.90元至4.13元，合计耗资约40.30万港元。
公告显示，本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）降至253,209,440股，库藏股数相应增至4,233,100股，总股本维持257,442,540股不变。公司已于2025年6月20日获股东大会批准，可回购股份总数为21,728,705股。截至目前，公司已根据前述授权累计回购4,233,100股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约1.9482%。此外，公司将在2026年7月5日之前暂停任何新股发行或库藏股转让。
公司表示，相关回购行为已符合香港联交所证券上市规则及适用法律法规的规定。公告由联席公司秘书钟明辉签署。
