截至2026年5月29日收盘后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）合计为465,234,000股，库存股份为3,123,000股，总已发行股份数为468,357,000股。公司此次回购所依据的购回授权于2025年6月20日获股东大会通过，授权可回购的股份总数为44,835,700股。截至目前，公司已在包括香港联交所在内的证券交易所合计回购3,123,000股，约占购回授权通过当日已发行股份数量的0.6965%。
