GUOFUHEE (02582) announced that Ms. Huang Kaiting has resigned from her positions as Company Secretary and Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules due to work reassignment, effective January 9, 2026. Ms. Zhao Jing and Ms. Zhong Manna have been appointed as Co-Company Secretaries of the company, effective from January 9, 2026. Ms. Zhong has also been appointed as the company's Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective January 9, 2026, to fill the vacancy following Ms. Huang's resignation and will serve in the same capacity.
