The deposited shares have a market value of HKD 20.025 million, representing 6.12% of the holdings. Previously, WAI CHUN BIOTEC announced that on May 5, 2026, the company converted and issued 22.5 million shares at HKD 0.01 per share based on convertible bonds amounting to HKD 1.35 million.
