“这一报道没有根据。”林剑重申，国家市场监督管理总局已经表示高度关注有关交易，将依法进行审查，交易各方不得采取任何方式规避审查，未获批准前不得实施集中，否则将承担法律责任。中国政府将依法坚决维护国家主权安全发展利益，维护市场公平公正。“企业的商业行为应遵守相关法律，不能损害国家利益。”林剑强调。（澎湃）
