References were made to prior announcements released on 21 August 2025, 2 September 2025, 17 September 2025, 26 September 2025, and 19 January 2026 regarding the winding-up petition filed against the company and the appointment of joint and several provisional liquidators.

According to the latest information on 26 January 2026, the company is required to have its winding-up order withdrawn or dismissed and its liquidators discharged as an additional condition for resumption of trading.
