On September 15, 2026, Kang Ruidao International Investment Inc., a company indirectly wholly-owned by Jiren Liu, acquired 18,400 shares of NEUTECH GROUP on the SEHK open market at an average of HKD 1.8222 per share, involving about HKD 33,528. This is an on-exchange active trade, a direct dealing in the secondary market.
Prior to the acquisition, Jiren Liu's long position in NEUTECH GROUP was 408.89 million shares, representing 63.27%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 408.91 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 63.28%.
