China Digital Video Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 8280) released supplemental information related to its 2024 Annual Report. The updates concern the company’s share option scheme, initially adopted on 18 May 2017, detailing the scope of participants and the number of shares available for future issuance.

According to the announcement, the scheme’s participants include employees (including former employees), while no options were granted to service providers under the plan. As of the date of the 2024 Annual Report, 61,482,700 shares—equivalent to approximately 9.75% of the company’s issued shares—were available for issue under the scheme.
