WEIMOB INC (02013) rose nearly 9% before noon. As of the time of writing, the stock was up 5.68%, trading at HK$1.86 with a turnover of HK$104 million. On March 9, Tencent announced the official launch of its full-scenario AI agent WorkBuddy. The product's capabilities are similar to OpenClaw, fully compatible with its skills but more user-friendly and secure. Citi noted that the AI agent WorkBuddy, launched by Tencent Cloud, may represent a significant shift in China from the current "chat AI" paradigm to "execution AI," which holds considerable importance for the development landscape of AI in China. Public information shows that Weimob is a core service provider within Tencent's enterprise WeChat ecosystem, and the potential for synergy between Tencent's WorkBuddy and Weimob's enterprise assistant sparks imagination. Technically, Weimob could encapsulate WorkBuddy's general capabilities into its own shopping guide workstation; in terms of application scenarios, WorkBuddy could serve as an entry point for invoking Weimob's AI capabilities; ecologically, the two parties could jointly develop AI solutions tailored for vertical industries. In the retail sector, Weimob's Super Enterprise Assistant has already helped brands achieve precise "thousand stores, thousand strategies" operations. If combined with WorkBuddy's general intelligence, the potential for innovation would expand further.
