Weihai Bank (09677) has announced that Mr. Fan Zhichao has resigned from his positions as an independent non-executive director and from the relevant specialized committees of the board, as his term has reached the six-year limit. The bank's Board Nomination and Remuneration Committee intends to nominate Mr. Zou Yimin as a candidate for independent non-executive director. In accordance with the bank's nomination procedures and qualification standards for independent non-executive director candidates, a preliminary review of Mr. Zou's qualifications has been conducted, confirming his compliance with the relevant regulations.
