Qiantang Smart City, Singapore-Hangzhou Science and Technology Park Among New Batch of Provincial Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Parks Selected in Zhejiang

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Department of Commerce announced the directory of provincial-level cross-border e-commerce industrial parks (2025-2027), with a total of 78 parks across the province being selected.

**China (Hangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce New World Park**

The China (Hangzhou) Cross-border E-commerce New World Park has attracted 56 cross-border enterprises. The park enjoys over 20 platform-exclusive green channels, connects with 10 major global platforms, collaborates with over 40 universities for talent development, and leverages Hangzhou's digital trade advantages to provide comprehensive 30-day hands-on full-process support services covering global store opening, training and incubation, brand promotion, talent support, full supply chain, and community services.

**Ningbo Bonded Zone Import Goods Market Cross-border Industrial Park**

In recent years, the industrial park has fully utilized the policy advantages of bonded logistics and customs clearance convenience in the Ningbo area of Zhejiang Free Trade Zone to empower innovative development of the cross-border e-commerce industry. Through a series of initiatives including enriching the business formats of cross-border self-pickup centers, building the "GM2D" cross-border anti-counterfeiting traceability system, and launching cross-border product quality insurance, the park has created "ICTM," the first cross-border e-commerce industry China Famous Trademark in the country, continuously promoting the integrated development of "live streaming + platform + cross-border e-commerce."

**Pingyang Silk Road Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park**

The Pingyang Silk Road Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park features supporting facilities including exhibition halls, service centers, and multifunctional conference rooms, providing one-stop cross-border e-commerce services such as platform connection, online store setup, and training and incubation. The park focuses on the strategic layout of "one center, two main lines" to build a comprehensive cross-border e-commerce full industry chain service system, helping traditional enterprises and practitioners effectively solve key issues such as brand decision-making and customs clearance logistics. Currently, the park has attracted over 20 cross-border e-commerce enterprises.

**Binhai Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park**

The Shaoxing Binhai Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park is Shaoxing's first innovative e-commerce park themed on "Internet + cross-border trade." The park has built functional areas including a cross-border e-commerce exhibition hall, cross-border e-commerce incubation center, talent training center, e-commerce live streaming center, and quality goods display center, committed to creating a complete e-commerce ecosystem for Binhai and surrounding areas.

**Jiaojiang Cloud Valley Cross-border E-commerce Incubation Park**

Cloud Valley Cross-border E-commerce Incubation Park is Taizhou's first specialized park themed on comprehensive cross-border e-commerce services, featuring cross-border e-commerce nursery areas, incubation areas, acceleration areas, and service areas. It serves as a practical base for cross-border e-commerce for students from Taizhou University, Taizhou Vocational & Technical College, and Taizhou Technician College. The park regularly organizes various online and offline cross-border e-commerce salons, lectures, and training sessions, providing one-stop services including cross-border e-commerce talent development and practical training for enterprises.

**Lishui Green Valley Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park**

In 2024, the park organized various cross-border e-commerce activities with a cumulative participation of over 1,200 people. Leveraging the "cross-border e-commerce + specialty industrial belt" model, the park has built an integrated "incubation-aggregation-going global" cross-border e-commerce industrial ecosystem, achieving "strong alliances" between cross-border e-commerce enterprises and source manufacturers. Currently, the park has incubated and gathered 26 cross-border e-commerce enterprises with products covering multiple categories including pet supplies, fishing equipment, creative stationery, and bamboo products, achieving export sales of 1.433 billion yuan in 2024.
