7月23日，云知声智能科技股份有限公司（09678）发布自愿性公告称，董事会已批准自公告日起6个月内在公开市场回购H股，总金额不超过1亿港元。
公告显示，上述回购行动将受此前已获股东批准的回购授权限制。该授权允许公司在有效期内回购最多4,510,988股H股，占2026年6月26日年度股东大会当日已发行H股总数的10%。回购授权的期限为：自年度股东大会批准之日起，至2027年召开2026年度股东大会结束之日、批准之日起12个月届满之日，或股东大会通过决议撤销或修改授权之日，以较早者为准。
公司表示，回购的股份可用于注销并相应减少注册资本，或作为库藏股份持有；资金将来自自有及自筹资金。公司亦强调，将遵守公司章程、香港联交所上市规则及其他适用法规，并确保回购不致令公众持股量低于监管要求。
云知声董事会指出，是否实施回购及具体的时间、数量、价格将取决于市场情况并由董事会全权酌情决定，投资者在买卖公司股份时应保持谨慎。
