购回授权于2025年5月29日获股东大会通过，总可回购股份数为906,725,170股。截至此次回购，公司已累计购回198,848,000股，约占购回授权通过当日公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的2.193%。
公司确认上述股份回购事宜已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律规定。本次公告由公司执行董事兼公司秘书涂芳而签署。
