渣打集团有限公司（02888）于2025年12月11日发布翌日披露报表，披露公司在2025年12月10日进行股份回购事宜。
渣打集团在伦敦证券交易所及CBOE交易平台合计回购570,907股普通股，占当日前已发行股本约0.0251%。此次回购每股价格区间介乎16.795英镑至17.05英镑，合计支付约9,688,771.35英镑。回购完成后，公司已发行股本仍为2,271,169,065股，库藏股数目保持不变。
公告显示，该回购依据公司于2025年5月8日股东周年大会上通过的购回授权进行，授权回购上限为236,377,715股。渣打集团确认已遵守上市规则及相关法规。
