NC Healthcare: No Change in Share Capital, Public Float Remains Compliant in March 2026

New Century Healthcare Holding Co. Limited (NC Healthcare) reported that its authorised and issued share capital remained static for the month ended 31 March 2026, according to the company’s latest Monthly Return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 April 2026.

The authorised share capital stood at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.0001 each, equivalent to USD 0.10 million. No adjustments to the authorised amount were recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 490.03 million ordinary shares, and the company held no treasury shares. Consequently, total issued shares also remained at 490.03 million.

NC Healthcare confirmed that its public float met the Main Board’s minimum 25 percent threshold as at 31 March 2026.

The filing further indicated that there were no outstanding or newly granted share options, warrants, convertible securities, other equity-linked instruments, or Hong Kong Depositary Receipts during the period.

Company Secretary Jia Xiaofeng affirmed full compliance with all applicable listing rules, regulatory requirements, and documentation obligations for the period under review.
