2026年8月3日，民生国际有限公司（00938）发布公告称，公司董事会已委任胡一鸣（曾用名胡轩浩）为执行董事，并出任公司提名委员会及薪酬委员会成员，任命自2026年8月3日起生效。
公告显示，胡一鸣现年24岁，于2020年加入多弗国际控股集团有限公司，历任项目经理兼首席执行官助理（新能源事业部）、资本市场总监兼首席执行官助理（航空板块）等职，现为多弗集团融资总监兼中国区运营负责人（航空板块）。胡一鸣正在美国缅因大学普雷斯克艾尔分校远程攻读工商管理学士学位。胡一鸣为公司控股股东胡兴荣之子，多弗集团亦由胡兴荣控制。
根据服务协议，胡一鸣的任期自2026年8月3日起，为期1年，可由任一方提前不少于三个月书面通知终止；其每月可获董事袍金10,000港元，另享有酌情花红。公告称，胡一鸣目前并未持有公司股份或相关权益。
截至公告日，民生国际董事会由两名执行董事叢文琳女士、胡一鸣先生及三名独立非执行董事鲍依宁女士、黄昆杰先生、周红女士组成。
