At today's JD.com wine tasting event, Liu Qiangdong, founder of JD.com, showcased his culinary skills in a live-streamed cooking session. Liu shared that cooking is one of his hobbies, serving as an excellent way to relieve stress. He enjoys immersing himself in the process, spending uninterrupted time in thought while preparing meals.
"Moreover, a cook’s role is to bring joy to family. If I can create delicious dishes and bring happiness to my loved ones, that is my greatest joy," he remarked.
During the event, Liu demonstrated how to prepare two traditional Suqian dishes: stir-fried rolled pancakes with chili and small fish, and scrambled eggs with fermented soybean paste.
