北森控股有限公司（09669）于2026年3月9日发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股10万股，占回购前公司已发行股本约0.0137%。回购价格介乎每股4.4港元至4.6港元，总金额为450,176港元。回购完成后，公司已发行股本变动为731,746,751股，同期库藏股数量增加至4,445,000股。
根据公告，北森控股于2025年9月18日获股东大会授权可回购最多70,122,313股，截至目前已购回9,211,600股。公司表示，上述回购活动遵守相关上市规则及适用法规，公告由联席公司秘书刘宪娜签署。
