CHEALTHWISE-10K (00348) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of HK$99.564 million, representing a decrease of 12.34% compared to the previous year. The loss attributable to the company's owners for the year was HK$2.606 million, a significant narrowing of 93.53% year-on-year. The loss per share was HK$0.0034. The decrease in revenue was primarily due to a decline in income from the Chinese herbal health products segment, which fell from approximately HK$113 million in the 2024 fiscal year to about HK$99.2 million in the reporting year. Revenue from the group's investment in financial instruments segment and the money lending segment showed no significant changes.
