2026年8月17日，力高健康生活有限公司（02370）公告称，经对集团截至2026年6月30日止六个月的最新未经审计综合管理账目进行初步评估，公司预计本期将录得不超过人民币2百万元的纯利；而截至2025年6月30日止六个月则录得约人民币0.8百万元的净亏损。
公司指出，本期由亏转盈主要归因于第三方及关联方应收贸易款项减值亏损拨备大幅减少；但这一正面因素部分被集团整体收益下滑，以及向非业主提供的增值服务——尤其是为控股股东力高地产集团有限公司提供的售楼处物业服务及信息科技与智能建设服务收入减少（源于力高地产交付项目减少）所抵销。
目前，公司仍在落实2026年上半年未经审计综合中期业绩。完整业绩公告预计于2026年8月28日披露。公司提醒投资者关注相关公告，并注意投资风险。
