华宝国际（股票代码：00336）于2026年6月3日发布公告称，当天于香港联交所场内回购普通股共550,000股，占公司已发行股本约0.017%。每股回购价格介乎港币3.72元至3.74元，合计支付约205.57万港元。
公告显示，回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为3,228,431,876股，库藏股数量为0。公司此前于2026年5月11日获得购回授权，授权可回购股份总数为322,843,187股。根据授权，华宝国际自2026年5月22日起在本交易所和其他市场已合计回购2,215,000股，约占授权通过当日公司已发行股本总数的0.0686%。
