马克资本控股旗下根西岛再保险公司马克再保险于周二宣布，成功获得穆迪评级的A3保险财务实力评级，展望稳定。
穆迪指出，该评级彰显了马克再保险在马克资本集团的核心地位，突显其在欧洲遗留市场日益提升的份额、适度的产品风险（得益于储备多元化和中短期险种聚焦），以及集团的雄厚财务基础。
然而，这些优势部分被执行风险所削弱，包括在风险容忍范围内可持续发起新交易的能力，以及遗留保险公司固有挑战，例如新业务流缺失难以缓冲意外储备恶化。
马克再保险成为继安信达之后，第二个斩获穆迪评级的财产险遗留整合者。
此前，2024年2月，该再保险公司曾获贝氏评级的A-评级，并于今年3月获确认。
马克再保险品牌去年由马克资本整合其根西岛子公司洪堡再保险与开尔文再保险后推出。
首席执行官马克·埃利奥特表示：“穆迪的背书独立验证了我们的商业模式与财务实力，这些是客户价值主张的核心要素。”
集团首席执行官西蒙·明肖补充道：“为马克再保险争取第二个评级，展示了我们资产负债表的韧性、多元化收入带来的运营效能，以及为客户提供的安全保障保障。”
