Including this latest transaction, 7Road has bought back 1.55 million shares between 8 and 21 April 2026 at prices spanning HK$0.70–HK$0.75 per share. The cumulative volume represents 0.056% of the company’s 2.75 billion issued shares outstanding as of 17 April 2026. All repurchased shares remain outstanding pending formal cancellation, leaving the current issued share capital unchanged.
The share repurchase programme operates under a mandate approved on 20 May 2025, which authorises the company to buy back up to 275.32 million shares. Following the April transactions, 7Road has utilised 1.55 million shares, or approximately 0.56% of the mandate, leaving a balance of about 273.77 million shares available for future repurchases.
Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 21 May 2026.
