Prosperous Future: April 2026 Capital Structure Unchanged; Public Float Meets HKEX Threshold

Prosperous Future Holdings Limited reported that its authorised share capital remained at 5.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 50.00 million, as of 30 April 2026.

\n\nThe company’s issued share capital also stayed flat month-on-month at 2.20 billion ordinary shares, with no treasury shares outstanding or created during the period. Consequently, total issued shares (including none held in treasury) stood at 2.20 billion.

\n\nProsperous Future confirmed that its public float satisfied the Main Board’s minimum 25% requirement at the end of April, ensuring compliance with HKEX listing rules.

\n\nRegarding equity-based incentives, the share option scheme adopted on 25 June 2021 showed no outstanding, granted or exercised options during the month. The scheme still authorises up to 191.21 million additional shares for future issuance.

\n\nNo warrants, convertible securities, or other share-issue agreements were outstanding or executed, and there were no other movements in issued or treasury shares.

\n\nThe company’s board affirmed that all regulatory requirements related to share capital matters have been duly observed.
