NOVAUTEK (00519) announced that on September 30, 2025, the group's subsidiary NOVAUTEK Smart Driving Limited (NOVAUTEK Smart Driving) signed a cooperation agreement with Tsinghua University Applied Technology Research Institute in Wuxi (Tsinghua AIR). Both parties will establish a deep collaborative partnership in artificial intelligence product development, robotics solutions, and multi-field industrial applications.
NOVAUTEK Smart Driving is based in Hong Kong Science Park, focusing on the application and development of intelligent robotics technology and providing comprehensive AI robotics-as-a-service (AI RaaS) solutions. Tsinghua AIR possesses leading research capabilities and talent reserves in artificial intelligence research and frontier technology transformation. With highly aligned visions, this cooperation will inject momentum into both parties' development through complementary advantages and resource integration, establishing a virtuous cycle of "industry-academia-research" and jointly promoting multi-field applications of artificial intelligence technology.
Both parties will integrate Tsinghua AIR's academic resources and research achievements with NOVAUTEK Smart Driving's advantages in scenario implementation operations, vertical technology applications and development. They will collaborate under a joint brand approach in education markets, commercial robotics, and autonomous driving fields to create leading solutions, accelerate technology transformation and product implementation, enhance competitiveness, and bring long-term growth momentum.
The cooperation's AI educational robots will be showcased at the Inno4life exhibition at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 3-5, 2025, accelerating product implementation in Hong Kong.
