中国科教产业（01756）4月15日发布盈利警告，基于对截至2026年2月28日止六个月未经审计综合管理账目的初步审阅，以及目前可取得资料的评估结果，公司预计本期股东应占利润将较上年同期下降60%至70%。
公告显示，2025财年同期公司股东应占利润约为人民币234.3百万元（约2.34亿元）。按此测算，2026财年上半年股东应占利润预计介于约70.3百万元至93.7百万元。
公司将利润下滑的主要原因归结为运营支出的增加。报告期内，为持续推动应用型大学发展并落实相关政策要求，日常教学及运营成本上升，直接压缩了盈利水平。
公司提醒，相关数据尚未经过核数师及/或审核委员会的审阅，最终中期业绩可能与当前预估存在差异。2026财年上半年正式业绩预计将于2026年4月底前公布。
