Medlive declares RMB0.1435 final dividend for FY2025, payment slated for 12 June 2026

Medlive Technology Co., Ltd. has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.1435 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Based on the fixed exchange rate of RMB 1 : HKD 1.1352, shareholders on the Hong Kong register will receive HKD 0.1629 per share.

Shareholder approval for the dividend is scheduled at the annual general meeting on 15 May 2026. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 19 May 2026, with the latest time to lodge share transfers set for 16:30 on 20 May 2026. The register will be closed from 21 May 2026 to 26 May 2026 (both days inclusive), and the record date is 26 May 2026. Dividend payments will be dispatched on 12 June 2026.

Tricor Investor Services Limited, located at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, is the appointed share registrar for handling relevant administrative matters.

The board comprises four executive directors—Ms. Tian Liping, Mr. Tian Lixin, Mr. Tian Lijun and Ms. Zhou Xin—two non-executive directors, and three independent non-executive directors.
