SITOY GROUP (01023) announced that Mr. Kwan Po Chuen has retired as an independent non-executive director following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. Consequently, he will no longer serve as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Committee. Following Mr. Kwan's retirement, Ms. Su Shiyun has been appointed as the company's independent non-executive director and a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and ESG Committee.
