本季度信息
财报显示，雅居乐集团在2026年上半年实现营业额108.61亿元，同比下降约20%。同期净亏损为88.30亿元，同比扩大约10%。毛亏损为20.48亿元，毛亏损率18.9%，经营亏损59.57亿元，同比增幅22.1%。销售及营销成本为3.24亿元，同比上升58.9%；行政开支为5.36亿元，同比下降23.9%。
业务分项
1. 物业发展业务：报告期内，物业发展实现确认销售收入38.05亿元，同比下降37.7%。已确认销售总建筑面积29万平方米。 2. 物业管理业务：实现收入60.44亿元，同比减少5.7%。其中，管辖面积493.0百万平方米。 3. 其他业务：包括物业建造服务、绿色生态景观服务、智慧家居和装饰服务、环保服务及商业管理服务，收入10.12亿元，同比下降4.2%。
