快手科技（于开曼群岛注册成立以不同投票权控制的有限公司，股票名称：快手-W，股票代码：01024）于2026年7月7日披露了截至2026年6月30日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，法定/注册股本总额保持在美元50,000，各类已发行股本出现小幅下降。
截至本月末，B类普通股的已发行股份由上月底的3,668,775,854股减少6,984,498股至3,661,791,356股；A类普通股由上月底的668,617,212股减少3,500,914股至665,116,298股。两类股份均无库存股持有，月末公共持股比例满足适用的上市规则要求。
期权与激励计划方面，根据首次公开发售前后购股权计划及2023股份激励计划，本月合计行使股份期权126,588股B类普通股，为公司带来约港币41,432.24的资金。同时，以上激励计划中部分购股权于月内失效，剩余可供行使的期权数量仍在计划授权限额内。
根据公告，快手-W于6月18日回购并注销B类普通股10,612,000股，另有2,437,000股B类普通股回购尚未注销；同日还完成了3,500,914股A类普通股转换为B类普通股的程序。受此影响，B类普通股净减6,984,498股，A类普通股净减3,500,914股。
本次变动后，公司B类普通股与A类普通股总数量合计降至4,326,907,654股。公司声明，所有股份发行、转让及回购活动均严格遵守香港联交所《上市规则》及相关法律规定。
