AIDIGONG (00286): Ma Zhaojie Appointed as Chairman of Independent Board Committee

Effective from December 30, 2025, Mr. Ma Zhaojie, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the Chairman of the company's Independent Board Committee. Concurrently, Mr. Wang Bin, also an independent non-executive director, has stepped down from his role as Chairman of the Independent Board Committee but will retain his position as a member of the committee. The Independent Board Committee comprises three independent non-executive directors: Mr. Zhu Peiqi, Mr. Wang Bin, and Mr. Ma Zhaojie. Mr. Ma Zhaojie now serves as the Chairman of the Independent Board Committee.
