2025年第三季度，中国中车实现营业收入约641.07亿元人民币，同比增长2.50%。归属于上市公司股东扣除非经常性损益后的净利润约24.35亿元人民币，同比下降7.68%。截至前三季度，公司经营活动产生的现金流量净额为-115.28亿元人民币，上年同期则为75.45亿元人民币。前三季度销售费用为37.43亿元人民币、管理费用102.74亿元人民币、研发费用108.19亿元人民币，在整体营收中分别占比较为温和。

在铁路装备、城轨与城市基础设施、新产业及现代服务四大板块中，前三季度铁路装备业务收入约877.17亿元人民币，同比增长22.23%，主要受动车组收入增长带动；城轨与城市基础设施收入约272.88亿元人民币，同比下降3.99%；新产业收入约660.97亿元人民币，较上年同期增长31.91%，其中清洁能源装备等领域表现突出；现代服务收入约27.64亿元人民币，同比增长20.15%。
