Leader Education Limited (stock code: 1449) has announced that its current auditor, BDO Limited, will retire at the conclusion of the annual general meeting scheduled for 24 February 2026. The register of members’ closure period has been adjusted to 16 February 2026 through 24 February 2026, during which time no share transfers will be processed. Shareholders intending to participate in the annual general meeting must submit transfer documents by 4:30 p.m. on 13 February 2026. All other details in the earlier announcement remain unchanged, and a circular providing further information will be dispatched in due course.
