Shin Hwa World Limited (stock code: 00582) has announced that its board of directors will convene on 30 March 2026. The agenda includes:
• Approval of the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and authorisation of their publication.
• Deliberation on the recommendation of a final dividend, if any.
