2026年8月10日，酷派集团有限公司(02369)公告称，其根据一般授权进行的新股份配售已完成。
本次配售由配售代理以每股0.53港元向不少于六名独立承配人合共配售66,000,000股股份。公司确认，各承配人及其最终实益拥有人与酷派集团及其关联方均为独立第三方。配售完成后，没有承配人成为公司主要股东。
配售所得款项净额约为33.98百万元港元，扣除配售佣金及相关费用后，将按照公司于2026年7月17日及2026年8月5日公告所披露的用途使用。
股权结构方面： 1. 配售前，公司已发行股份为331,930,198股。 2. 配售完成后，总股本增至397,930,198股。 • 陈家俊先生间接持有78,283,887股，持股比例由23.58%降至19.67%。 • 承配人合计持有66,000,000股，占总股本16.59%。 • 其他公众股东持股由218,139,811股增至253,646,311股，持股比例由76.42%降至63.74%。
董事会现由七名董事组成，其中执行董事两名（陈家俊、马飞），非执行董事两名（梁锐、许奕波），独立非执行董事三名（郭敬晖、王冠、卓灏勤）。
