CHINANEWTOWN announced its full-year results for 2025. The company achieved operating revenue of RMB 417 million, representing an increase of 1.13% compared to the previous year. Profit attributable to owners of the parent company was RMB 73.295 million, a significant increase of 65.39% year-on-year. Earnings per share were RMB 0.0075. The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.0025 per share.

According to the announcement, by business segment, the combined revenue from urbanization investment and other income for 2025 grew by 25% to RMB 231 million. This growth was primarily due to an increase in the balance of urbanization project investments compared to the same period last year, leading to a corresponding rise in project investment income.

In 2025, revenue from the property leasing segment amounted to RMB 100 million. This included RMB 76 million from property leasing and RMB 24 million from property management fees. This figure represented a decrease of RMB 33 million compared to the previous year, mainly attributable to a decline in the occupancy rate.

Revenue from engineering construction reached RMB 57.175 million, marking a substantial increase of 202% compared to the previous year. This surge was primarily driven by the faster construction progress of two school projects in East Jinluodian, Shanghai, resulting in increased recognized revenue from engineering construction.
