At the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) 2026, LG Electronics (LG) introduced its newest OLED product lineup. A standout is the LG OLED evo W6 True Wireless Wallpaper TV, which revives the iconic wallpaper design first launched by LG in 2017. This model integrates wireless connectivity with LG's most advanced picture innovation to date—Hyper Radiant Color Technology.
The wallpaper TV features an ultra-thin body measuring approximately 9mm thick, with all ports consolidated into a separate Zero Connect Box. This box can be positioned up to 10 meters away from the screen. Concurrently, LG launched Hyper Radiant Color Technology 2, which is claimed to offer brightness levels 3.9 times higher than conventional OLED TVs. To ensure this enhanced brightness delivers a clear and sharp picture in any viewing environment, the wallpaper TV incorporates a specially designed low-reflection screen engineered for LG televisions.
Powering these visual improvements is the new α (Alpha) 11 AI processor, now in its third generation, featuring a neural processing unit (NPU) with a 5.6-fold increase in performance. This leap in computational capability has given rise to a new Dual AI Engine. Unlike traditional processors that often sacrifice natural texture to reduce noise, the Dual AI Engine runs parallel algorithms to execute both tasks simultaneously, resulting in images that preserve natural detail while avoiding over-sharpening.
