8月13日，江西铜业股份（00358）刊登《关于本公司2025年度报告的补充公告》。公司表示，截至2025年12月31日，持有库存在10,441,768股。
根据上市规则附录D2第10(4)段要求，上述库存股份将自股份回购实施结果披露之日起12个月内出售，并于该披露日期后3年内全部完成处置；若届时仍有未售出部分，公司将按《上市公司股份回购规则》和《上海证券交易所上市公司自律监管指引第7号－回购股份》以及公司章程的相关程序予以注销。
公司强调，关于库存股份的安排与2024年5月20日公告的内容一致，未作变更。本次公告仅为2025年度报告补充资料，除前述信息外，年度报告其他内容保持不变。
公告由公司副董事长周少兵代表董事会发布。江西铜业表示，将根据实施进展及时履行信息披露义务。
