WKK International (Holdings) announced FY2025 revenue of HK$3.67 billion, up 6.6% year-on-year, driven by a 17% increase in its Trading and Distribution division to HK$1.80 billion. Group operating profit reached HK$17.76 million, reversing a HK$117.70 million loss in FY2024.

The Trading and Distribution segment delivered an operating profit of HK$159.20 million, more than doubling FY2024’s HK$65.00 million, as demand from PCB and semiconductor customers expanded on the back of AI-related investment. OEM Manufacturing revenue slipped 0.6% to HK$1.82 billion after a short-term supply-chain shortage, yet its operating loss narrowed to HK$106.10 million from HK$169.20 million on cost-cutting and efficiency gains.

Group loss attributable to owners fell to HK$55.32 million from HK$190.16 million, a 70.9% improvement. Excluding a one-off HK$31.30 million restructuring charge for the voluntary liquidation of Dongguan Nissin Plastic Products, attributable loss would have been HK$24 million.

Net finance costs declined 25.4% to HK$24.29 million amid lower interest rates. Cash and cash equivalents plus short-term deposits rose to HK$614.34 million, trimming net debt to HK$50.40 million and reducing the net gearing ratio to 3.5%. Total equity stood at HK$1.43 billion.

Earnings per share recorded a loss of 7.58 Hong Kong cents versus 26.05 cents in the prior year. The Board recommended no final dividend.
