Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (BUOU) said it has issued 5.349 million new units on Jul, 31 2026 to satisfy part of management fees for the quarter from Apr, 1 2026 to Jun, 30 2026.
Of these, 4.282 million units were issued at S$0.9873 each to settle 75 percent of the REIT manager’s base fee, with nominee Frasers Property Industrial Trust Holdings II Pte. Ltd. (FPITH II) paying about 4.23 million Singapore dollars in cash to the manager.
A further 1.067 million units, also priced at S$0.9873, were issued to cover 75 percent of the HAUT manager’s base fee, with FPITH II paying roughly 1.05 million Singapore dollars to the HAUT manager.
The two base fees total about 7.04 million Singapore dollars for the quarter. Following the new issuance, FLCT’s outstanding units rose to 3.807 billion. The REIT manager now holds about 18.25 million units, or 0.48 percent of the total, while FPITH II owns roughly 843.49 million units, representing 22.16 percent.
