根据公司最新公告，天工国际的子公司天工新材于4月1日分别与华资盛通、华资汇志和乐通华资签订股权转让协议，以总计约1.05亿元人民币的价格收购天工工具共计1.05%的股权。此次收购完成后，天工国际通过天工新材及天工香港持有的天工工具股权将从89.00%上升至约90.06%。
天工国际表示，此次股权收购旨在简化天工工具的股权结构，同时保留有长期意向的投资方。公司认为，目前融资成本下调，加上部分投资方有意出售所持股权，因此同意相关股份转让的请求。值得注意的是，天工工具将继续作为天工国际的间接非全资附属公司，其业绩将继续并入集团财务报表。投资者普遍认为，此举有利于天工国际加强对核心业务的控制，提升公司整体运营效率，从而推动股价上涨。
