Man Wah Holdings Limited executed an on-market share buyback on 18 May 2026, purchasing 8.23 million ordinary shares at prices between HK$3.72 and HK$3.83 per share. The transaction cost totalled HK$31.14 million, implying a volume-weighted average price of approximately HK$3.78 per share.
The repurchased shares represent 0.21% of Man Wah’s 3.88 billion issued shares as at 30 April 2026. As the shares have not yet been cancelled, the issued share capital remains unchanged at 3.88 billion shares; cancellation is pending completion of settlement procedures.
The buyback was conducted under the mandate approved by shareholders on 30 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 387.81 million shares. Following the latest transaction, 8.23 million shares—0.21% of the authorised limit—have been utilised.
Under Hong Kong Listing Rules, Man Wah is subject to a 30-day moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring treasury shares, ending on 17 June 2026.
