Unity Group Holdings International Limited (1539) disclosed that on February 26, 2026, it entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with an independent operator and an independent investor. The aim is to explore business cooperations and transactions targeting AI infrastructure-related ventures, which are estimated to involve no less than 2.10 MW of computation capacity.

Under the MOU, key provisions include maintaining exclusivity for 45 days (automatically extendable by 30 days unless otherwise notified) and ensuring confidentiality among the parties. During this period, none of the signing parties may seek or negotiate financing or transaction agreements with external entities regarding AI-related capacity deployment. Costs and expenses incurred by the investor in connection with preparing and executing documents will be borne by Unity Group.

According to the announcement, the initiative aligns with the group’s existing focus on energy-saving solutions for AI data centers. The potential development is expected to diversify revenue streams without requiring substantial initial capital outlays. However, since the MOU is non-binding in most parts, no definitive agreements have been formed as of this announcement, and the outcome remains subject to further negotiation. Shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
