Hopefluent Maintains Unchanged Share Capital and Confirms Public Float Compliance in May 2026 Update

Hopefluent Group Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained static and that the public float requirement was met.

• Authorised share capital stayed at 8.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equal to HKD 80.00 million.

• Issued share capital was unchanged at 674.15 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares at month-end.

• Hopefluent affirmed compliance with the minimum 25 % public-float threshold outlined in the Main Board Listing Rules.

• No share options, warrants, convertibles or other equity instruments were exercised, issued, repurchased or cancelled during the month. The current share option scheme allows for up to 67.41 million new shares to be issued in the future, but no options were outstanding or granted as of 31 May 2026.

The filing, endorsed by Director Fu Wai Chung on 1 June 2026, indicates a stable capital structure with no equity dilution events in May 2026.
