本季度信息
深圳市广和通无线股份有限公司发布的2025年第三季度财报显示，报告期内公司实现营收约53.66亿元，同比下降13.69%。经调整净利润约2.97亿元，同比下降34.05%。若剔除此前处置的锐凌无线车载前装无线通信模组业务影响，持续经营业务营收同比增长7.32%，经调整净利润同比仅下降2.19%。此外，年初至报告期末，公司经营活动产生的现金流量净额约2.98亿元，同比增长51.24%，现金流表现较为稳健。
从成本和费用结构来看，研发费用约3.59亿元，同比减少31.20%，主要由于已处置相关车载业务导致研发投入有所缩减；财务费用约0.85亿元，同比下降69.78%，系汇率变动带来汇兑收益增加所致。
业务分项
财报提到，持续经营业务主要包括无线通信模组等业务板块，报告期内保持7.32%的收入增长。公司表示，剔除已处置车载模组相关业务干扰后，主营板块的盈利能力较为稳定，为营收与净利润的持续提升提供支持。
