Bulletin Express
Jun 03

Sunray Engineering Group Limited (SUNRAY ENG GP) has filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 May 2026, indicating no changes in share capital structure or equity instruments during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at HKD 15.60 million, representing 1.56 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares, and the issuer continued to hold no treasury shares. Consequently, there were no share issuances, cancellations, or share buy-backs recorded in May.

SUNRAY ENG GP confirmed that it met the minimum 25% public float requirement mandated by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange as at 31 May 2026.

Under the share option scheme adopted on 18 March 2020, no options were outstanding, granted, exercised, or cancelled during the month. The mandate limit would allow up to 100 million shares to be issued should options be granted in the future; however, no funds were raised in May through option exercises.

The filing also shows no outstanding warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments, and no other agreements or movements affecting the company’s share capital.

The monthly return was signed and submitted by Company Secretary Lo Kai Yeung Kenneth on 3 June 2026.
