BOCOM INTL (03329) announced that on February 6, 2026, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Preferred Investment, acquired $10 million in principal amount of CICC notes in the over-the-counter market at a purchase price of $100 per unit. The total consideration was approximately $10 million, equivalent to about HK$78.5 million. The acquisition provides the group with a long-term investment opportunity, enabling it to utilize capital resources to achieve stable investment returns while assuming reasonable risk.
