天立国际控股有限公司(01773)于2026年2月13日向香港联合交易所提交翌日披露报表，宣布在当日回购400,000股股份。回购价格为每股2.52港元，涉资总额约1,008,000港元。该回购股份占回购前已发行股份(不包括库藏股)的约0.019%。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数仍为2,109,255,000股，其中2,103,155,000股为流通股，6,100,000股为库藏股。上述回购根据2026年1月28日获股东大会批准的购回授权进行，授权可回购的股份总数为209,242,800股。公司同时确认，此次回购行为已遵守香港联合交易所主板上市规则及相关法律的规定。
